入选标准
- •Age 18 to 65 years
- •Diagnosed with colon cancer and needing surgery
- •The cancer is in the second or third stage.
排除标准
- •The immunodeficiency
- •Progressive infection
- •Disorder in the respiratory system (arterial oxygen pressure less than 70 mm Hg)
- •Cardiovascular disorder
- •Renal system disorder
- •Hepatic disorders
- •The level of hepatic enzymes is more than three times the upper limit of normal
- •Serum hemoglobin level less than 8 g/dL with a sudden drop (more than 2 g/dL) in the last month.
- •Total serum bilirubin greater than 2 mg/dL
- •Serum creatinine greater than 2 mg/dL
- •Creatinine clearance less than 60 ml/min
