Patient scheduled under general anaesthesia for elective surgery, MPG I and II,Asa I and II
Exclusion Criteria
1 Patients with comorbidity
2 ASA III and IV
3 MPG III and IV (difficult airway)
4 Age < 18 and > 60 years
