Children without systemic disease (disability, autism, cancer, heart problem, sickle cell anemia, etc.)
Children with a medium to high risk of caries, but no caries , or a maximum of 2 White spot
Full primary Dentition System
Satisfaction of parents and patients to participate in the study
Children who are positive or very positive on the basis of Frankl's behavioral criteria
Lack of milk allergy history
No history of fluoride therapy in the last 3 months
Do not use antibiotics in the past month
A child who consumes antibiotics during the course of treatment
No referral for fluoride therapy and re-sampling

Name Time Method umber of Streptococcus mutans of dental plaque. Timepoint: Before the intervention, one day and one month after the intervention. Method of measurement: Number of Streptococcus mutans in mytis Salivarius agar culture medium.;The amount of calcium and saliva phosphate. Timepoint: Before the intervention, one hour and one month after the intervention. Method of measurement: Photometric method.
