Inclusion Criteria
Male or female aged 18 years or over
Residing in the village for at least last 6 months
Have provided written informed consent to participate in the intervention
Exclusion Criteria
Participants will be ineligible for the study if any of the following are present:
Male or female aged below 18 years
Individuals with Known kidney disease
Residing in the village for less than the last 6 months
Have not provided consent to participate in the intervention
