Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •All multiple gestation deliveries \<32 completed weeks of gestation at our institute.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Non vigorous infant\- if an infant has depressed respiration or depressed muscle tone or heart rate \<100 bpm.
- •Prenatally diagnosed major congenital anomaly in any infants,
- •Twin\-to\-twin transfusion syndrome or twin anemic\-polycythemic sequence, Discordant twins (a weight di?erence of \>20%),
- •Intrauterine fetal death, Hydrops
- •In utero transfusion/laser/amnioreduction Known cases of triplets reduced to twins
- •Antepartum or intrapartum hemorrhage
- •Active maternal bleeding from abruption/placental disruption at time of delivery, cord tear/avulsion
