Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •All multiple gestation deliveries \<32 completed weeks of gestation at our institute.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Non vigorous infant\- if an infant has depressed respiration or depressed muscle tone or heart rate \<100 bpm.
  • •Prenatally diagnosed major congenital anomaly in any infants,
  • •Twin\-to\-twin transfusion syndrome or twin anemic\-polycythemic sequence, Discordant twins (a weight di?erence of \>20%),
  • •Intrauterine fetal death, Hydrops
  • •In utero transfusion/laser/amnioreduction Known cases of triplets reduced to twins
  • •Antepartum or intrapartum hemorrhage
  • •Active maternal bleeding from abruption/placental disruption at time of delivery, cord tear/avulsion
