Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • patients with faecal inontinence
  • Wexner score of at least greater than 2
  • Patients \= 18 years
  • Patients who use a smartphone daily
  • Signed consent
  • Also included are vulnerable individuals with mental illnesses, people with illnesses or disabilities that impair their ability to discern and / or significantly impair their ability to cope with everyday life

Exclusion Criteria

  • Age \<18 years
  • Rejection of study participation by the patient
  • open sacral wounds, congential diseases of the
  • Paraplegic symptoms due to traumatic injuries to the nerves and the spinal cord at the cervical, thoracic, lumbar and sacral levels
  • \- Congenital paraplegic symptoms
  • \- Patients with sacral, perianal open secreting wounds in the Z.n. Resection of rectum and rectum and amputations
