入选标准
- •1.Patient with systolic blood pressure >140mmHg, diastolic blood pressure >90mmHg
- •2.All patients who are on anti hypertensive treatment
- •3.Age : 35-75 years
- •FOR CONTROLS:
- •Normotensive subjects of patients relative
排除标准
- •1.Patient with secondary causes of hypertension such as chronic kidney diseases, bilateral renal artery stenosis , coarctation of aorta, congestive cardiac failure.
- •2.Patient with drug induced nephrotoxic damage.
- •3.Patient with thyroid dysfunction.
- •4.Patient with continuous or periodic use of corticosteroid.
- •5.Patient with severe illness such as malignancy, severe infection, respiratory disease, liver disease.
- •6.Pregnant women and Women using contraceptive pills.
