- •b)Predicted ICU stay more than a week
- •c)On invasive mechanical ventilation
排除标准
- •a)Patients with pre-existing
- •neuromuscular disorder
- •b)Unconscious (GCS <8)/traumatic
- •brain injury
- •c) Patients with amputated
- •limbs/Dermatological conditions
- •precluding use of nerve stimulator
- •d)Patients on mechanical ventilation >
- •72 hours prior to ICU admission
- •e)Malignancy
- •f)Pregnancy
- •g)Malnourished patients with
- •BMI <18.5 kg/m2
