Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Pregnant women with threatened preterm labour (regular uterine contraction every 4 times in 20 minutes or 8 times in 1 hour with cervical length 3 cm or greater and cervical opening \< 2 cm)
- •2\. Gestational age about 20\- \< 37 weeks.
- •3\. No history of premature rupture of membranes.
- •4\. Pregnant women who signs in consent form.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Pregnant women who need prompt intervention of caring of preterm labour.
- •2\. Pregnant women \< 18 years.
- •3\. Pregnant women with abnormal bleeding per vagina.
- •4\. Pregnant women who previously received tocolytic drugs.
- •5\. Pregnant women with abruptio placentae.
- •6\. Pregnant women with cervical cerclage.
- •7\. Pregnant women with trauma, UTI, multifetal pregnancy.
- •8\. Pregnant women with previous history of preterm delivery.
