Inclusion Criteria
Children from 8 to 12 years old; Mouth breathers who present unilateral or bilateral posterior crossbite or maxillary atresia requiring maxillary expansion; Have primary enuresis
Exclusion Criteria
Children with psychiatric disorders; Carriers of some Syndromes with cleft lip or and lip and palate; Patients with behavioral disorders and who make use of continuous antieuretic

Name Time Method To evaluate the improvement in change controlthe functional alterations in child patients diagnosed as mouth breathers before, during and after maxillary expansion, comparing with untreated mouth breathing children, evaluating the quality of life of these patients at the same test times.Assessing improvement in breathing and enuresis.
