Brief Summary

Dysmenorrhea is an important clinical as well as social problem affecting more than 50% of menstruating women. A dysmenorrhea is common problem in india with prevalence of 87.7%. In india, the highest number of girls about 42.6% of age 19-20 years are having dysmenorrhea and more than two third of girls about 70.2% having dysmenorrhea as moderate to severe. Guduchyadi and sahacharadi taila matra basti is best therapeutic treatment for vataja vyadhi. The aim of study is to establish an effective, harmless & long-term relief giving ayurvedic formulation to administrate as matra basti in treatment of udavartini yonivyapad.

Inclusion Criteria

The Pateints Having Classical Symptoms of Udavarta Yonivyapad As Per The Classical References Will Be Selected.

Exclusion Criteria
  • Patients Giving History of Recent Delivery Or Abortion.
  • Patients Having Secondary Dysmenorrhea.
  • Patients Having Vulvo-Vaginal Infections And Pelvic Congestion.
  • Patients Having Systemic Diseases Like Diabetes, TB, Hypertension etc.
  • Cases With Any Pelvic Pathology (Fibroid, Adenomyosis, Endometriosis etc).
  • Patients Taking Oral Contraception Pills & With IUCD.
