Women included will be in reproductive age group of 15-45 years with complaint of heavy menstrual bleeding.
Women with fibroids <2cm will be included
i) Women having no contraindication to steroid contraceptives like medical disorders Eg: jaundice, migraine, epilepsy, hypertension or diabetes mellitus, history of thromboembolism, breast or genital tract malignancy, genital prolapse or infections.
ii) Conditions relevant to CVR such as cervicitis, vaginitis, cervical erosion, dyspareunia
