Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Women included will be in reproductive age group of 15\-45 years with complaint of heavy menstrual bleeding.
- •Women with fibroids \<2cm will be included
Exclusion Criteria
- •i) Women having no contraindication to steroid contraceptives like medical disorders Eg: jaundice, migraine, epilepsy, hypertension or diabetes mellitus, history of thromboembolism, breast or genital tract malignancy, genital prolapse or infections.
- •ii) Conditions relevant to CVR such as cervicitis, vaginitis, cervical erosion, dyspareunia
