The GP group had less hypotension at intraoperative period than the G group, but this was not statistically significant (40.5 percent and 57.1 percent, p 0.190). When different factors (blood loss, high anesthetic level) were adjusted difference, the GP group had hypotension less than the G group 21.06 percent with statistical significance.

1. Pregnancy undergoing to ceasarean section and GA 37-40 wk
2. Spinal anesthesia
1. complication of obstetric condition, risk bleed over 1000 mL
2. PIH, HT, renal failure, CHF, heart disease, arrhythmia, DM, coagulopathy or thrombocytopenia, asthma, OSA, thyroid disease, liver disease, use MAOI, other drugs that prolonged heart conduction
3. Abnormal of fetus
3. Postural hypotension un-correct
4. Body weight less than 50 kg or more than 80 kg, BMI over 35 kg/m2
5. BP over 140/90 mmHg, SBP less than 90 mmHg, HR less than 60 /min
6. Sensitivity to phenylephrine or fluid gelatin
