Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •All patient Those who are surgical diagnosed with acute coronary syndrome .
- •Participants with Iraqi nationality
- •Patient between age 18 and over
- •Conscious patient, able to communicate verbally, and able to make decision.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patient who declined to enroll in the study and who have discontinuing to intervention..
- •Patient who have amputation in lower extremity.
- •Patients could have foot problems (such as callus, corn, fungal skin infection, previous scars, diabetic foot or known neuropathy).
