Children = 6 years
- Planned adenotomy and/or tonsillotomy under general anesthesia
- Consent from a parent to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
- Positive preoperative SARS-CoV-2 PCR swab
- Participation in another clinical study within the last month prior to study entry

Name Time Method egative predictive value of a SARS-CoV-2 PCR test in small children: SARS-CoV-2 rapid antigen test naso- and oropharynx (preoperative and intraoperative), PCR smear in the nasopharynx and oropharynx (preoperative), PCR smear in the oropharynx and nasopharynx and on removed tissue (separately, intraoperative), SARS-CoV-2 antibodies in serum (intraoperative, 5 ml serum)
