入选标准
- •To be eligible to participate in the study, participants must be undergoing elective THR or TKR at one of the hospital sites, and meet the following inclusion criteria:
- •Age greater than or equal to 65 years or greater than or equal to 50 if First Nations, and greater than or equal to 5 on Clinical Frailty Scale; or
- •Age greater than or equal to 65 years or greater than or equal to 50 if First Nations and greater than or equal to 3 on American Society of Anaesthesiologists scale of physical health.
- •Patients undergoing revision (“redo”) surgery are eligible.

- •A participant will be excluded from the trial if they are unable or refuse to give informed consent.
