- •1. Newly diagnosed diabetics as per criteria recommended by Standards of Medical Care in Diabetes-2011 by American Diabetes Association.
- •2. Subjects not taking medication in any form.
排除标准
- •1. Subjects having contraindication of metformin and serum creatinine level > 1.2 mg/dl
- •2. Subject having Type-1 diabetes severe cardiovascular disorders, pregnancy, hypertension and obvious noncompliance
