- •1\. Patients with severe diseases whose serum albumin level is under 2\.7 g/dl or concentration of hemoglobin is under 9\.0 g/dl. 2\. Patients with infections who continue the fever above 38 degrees C 3\. Patients who take medicines that have influences on antibody productions for instance steroid preparation and immune \-suppressive agents.
