Exclusion Criteria

•= 18 years of age
•>12 hours since onset of severe pain
•Known intolerance, hypersensitivity or contraindication to any trial
medication
•Active bleeding at presentation
•Artificial ventilation, reduced conscious level or other factors precluding
the administration of oral anti-platelet therapy
•Previous enrolment in this trial
