Inclusion Criteria
- •Regular daily routine
Exclusion Criteria
- •Smoking; shift work; more than 7 alcoholic drinks per week; highly physically trained persons/athletes (more than 1x/week highly strenuous sport); (severe) cardiovascular diseases (e.g. \[uncontrolled] hypertension, signs of ischemia in ECG); other diseases (HIV, cancer, hepatitis, etc.); diseases/taking medication that could influence study participation or effects (e.g. sleep apnea)
- •In people with type 2 diabetes: insulin therapy, severe diabetic complications (e.g. severe retinopathies, nephropathies, neuropathies)
- •In healthy people: (severe) limiting illnesses
