Regular daily routine
Smoking; shift work; more than 7 alcoholic drinks per week; highly physically trained persons/athletes (more than 1x/week highly strenuous sport); (severe) cardiovascular diseases (e.g. [uncontrolled] hypertension, signs of ischemia in ECG); other diseases (HIV, cancer, hepatitis, etc.); diseases/taking medication that could influence study participation or effects (e.g. sleep apnea)
In people with type 2 diabetes: insulin therapy, severe diabetic complications (e.g. severe retinopathies, nephropathies, neuropathies)
In healthy people: (severe) limiting illnesses

Name Time Method Glucose profile (CGM outcomes; measured for the 2 weeks), sleep quality (evening-morning protocol each Monday-Friday, single-item Sleep Quality Scale each Friday in the two weeks)
