Inclusion Criteria
- Primary DSM-5 diagnosis in the psychotic spectrum measured with the SCID-5
- Paranoia score of 68 or above on the dutch translation of the Green Paranoid
Thoughts Scale; GPTS)
- Age 18 or above
- Medication must be stable for a time of a month
Exclusion Criteria
- No sufficient command of the Dutch language
- Mental retardation
- Acute suicidality (defined as someone having suicide thoughts, plans and/or
preparations to ending their life)

Name Time Method <p>- The State Social Paranoia Scale (SSPS) is a validated and reliable<br /><br>questionnaire for measuring persecutory Ideations (Freeman, et al., 2007).<br /><br>Dutch translation by Veling (2010). It*s a brief self-report questionnaire that<br /><br>consist of 10 items. Patient score from 1 (do not agree) to 5 (totally agree).<br /><br>Higher scores indicate greater levels of paranoid thoughts. Examples of<br /><br>questions: *someone was hostile towards me*, *someone had bad intentions<br /><br>towards me*.</p><br>
