Inclusion Criteria
Male:
Control: Normal ejaculate
Test: Abnormal ejaculate (oligozoospermic, asthenozoospermic, teratozoospermic)
Female:
Control: Tubal factor infertility.
Test: Endometriosis, PCOS, poor ovarian responders, Hyper ovarian responders.
Exclusion Criteria
men with azoospermia and age above 50.
Female with age above 40
