Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Age group 18\-70 years of either sex
  • Patients with intracranial aneurysms located in the anterior circulation
  • Patients admitted to the NICU within 3 days from the day of ictus
  • aSAH patients after securing aneurysm either surgical clipping or endovascular coiling

Exclusion Criteria

  • Refusal of consent
  • Presence of one or more unsecured intracranial aneurysms
  • History of previous cardiac illness, renal disease (serum creatinine more than 1\.5 mg/dl)
  • Iatrogenic events during therapeutic procedures leading to major vessel occlusion as diagnosed on imaging.
