Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Age group 18\-70 years of either sex
- •Patients with intracranial aneurysms located in the anterior circulation
- •Patients admitted to the NICU within 3 days from the day of ictus
- •aSAH patients after securing aneurysm either surgical clipping or endovascular coiling
Exclusion Criteria
- •Refusal of consent
- •Presence of one or more unsecured intracranial aneurysms
- •History of previous cardiac illness, renal disease (serum creatinine more than 1\.5 mg/dl)
- •Iatrogenic events during therapeutic procedures leading to major vessel occlusion as diagnosed on imaging.
