Inclusion Criteria
Age group 18-70 years of either sex
Patients with intracranial aneurysms located in the anterior circulation
Patients admitted to the NICU within 3 days from the day of ictus
aSAH patients after securing aneurysm either surgical clipping or endovascular coiling
Exclusion Criteria
Refusal of consent
Presence of one or more unsecured intracranial aneurysms
History of previous cardiac illness, renal disease (serum creatinine more than 1.5 mg/dl)
Iatrogenic events during therapeutic procedures leading to major vessel occlusion as diagnosed on imaging.
