- •ASA grade I and II posted for TKA
- •Age group 40 â?? 70yrs
- •No known hypersensitivity to Tranexamic acid
- •No history of coagulation disorders
排除标准
- •Patient refusal
- •Bleeding disorders
- •Preoperative haemoglobin less than 9mg/dL
- •Preoperative blood or blood product transfusion
- •Known allergy to tranexamic acid
