- •BMI > 40 kg/m2 and < 55 kg/m2; surgical procedure type gastric bypass Roux-Y, by laparotomy; age between 25 and 56 years
- •pulmonary function tests and thoracic radiograph normal; nonsmoker; absence of respiratory diseases
排除标准
- •Hemodynamic instability; abnormalities in pulmonary function test; permanence greater than three days in the hospital; presence of postoperative complications
