Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Systemically healthy patients aged over 20
- •2\. Single tooth gap (premolar – premolar)
- •3\. Site healed at least 2 months following tooth extraction (Type 3 or 4 placement)
- •4\. Presence of buccal dehiscence defect at the time of implant placement.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Untreated periodontal disease
- •2\. Uncontrolled systemic diseases
- •3\. Patients undergoing head and neck radiation
- •4\. Patients with systemic conditions and receiving medications affecting soft and hard tissue healing
- •5\. Patients with alcoholism and drug addiction
- •6\. Heavy smoking habit (\= 10 cigarettes per day)
- •7\. Pregnant patients
