•1) Adults 18 years of age or older
•2) A history of suicidal thoughts with suicidal intention within 1 month or suicide attempt within 2 months of enrollment in the study, those who meet the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (5th Edition) (DSM-5) for major depressive disorder and have no psychotic findings confirmed by the The Mini International Neuropsychiatric Interview (MINI)
