Inclusion Criteria

  • Among patients complaining of shoulder pain, one or more of the following three physical examinations (painful arc sign, Neer's test, Hawkin's test), and static and dynamic ultrasound examinations showed shoulder impingement syndrome.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Patients with a morbidity period of less than 1 month, patients who have received injection treatment for the shoulder joint within the past 3 months, patients with shoulder lesions such as acromion on radiographs, patients with rotator cuff rupture on MRI images or in history, radiographs or history Patients with shoulder osteoarthritis, patients with inflammatory joint disease, patients with evidence of adhesive capsulitis, patients with a history of shoulder fractures or surgery, patients with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus (glycated hemoglobin level >7), allergic to local anesthetics patients, patients with other serious cardiovascular, respiratory, and hematological abnormalities, patients taking anticoagulants, patients who must be excluded at the discretion of the researcher due to other medical and psychiatric problems, and patients whose cooperation is unreliable patient
