Inclusion Criteria
ASA class 1,2,3 patient undergoing trauma surgery under general anesthesia
Patients who gave informed consent to study
Anesthesia time of 30 minutes or longer
Age: 20 to 79 years old
Patients who are conscious enough to answer the Numeric Pain Score (NRS)
Exclusion Criteria
ASA class 4 or higher
Patients who did not give informed consent to the study
Surgery in which anesthesia time is expected to be less than 30 minutes
A patient who was already mechanically ventilated through a tracheal tube before anesthesia induction
