American Society of Anesthesia Physical Status (ASA PS) 2-3 patients, aged 40-70yrs, chronic renal failure patients undergoing arteriovenous fistula surgery under monitored anesthesia care
allergy to propofol, remifentanil, midazolam, central apnea, chronic medication including anti depressnt, opioids, sedative agents, severe respiratory diseases, unable to rotate or extend neck, neurologic symptoms related to neck rotation or extension, abnormality or surgery history at the temporomandibular joint
