patients upto the age of 70years
ASA physical status 1 and 2.
patients who are planned for videolaproscopic hysterectomy( no conversion to open)
patients who are willing to participate with valid consent.
ASA Status more than 2
Allergic and contradiction to the administration of the drugs used in the study
infections and injuries at the puncture sites
BMI 40
Patients with severe neurological or psychiatric disorders
Patients with history of opioid abuse
Oncological Surgery
Substantial hepatic or renal impairment
Long standing diabetes (more than 10 years)
Prolonged Duration of Surgery (more than three hours)
