入选标准
- •Male and female patients with parkinson's disease who met indication for the implantation of a DBS system at elast three months prior to study inclusion in the STN
- •Patients from = 40 to = 75 years
- •Patients whose native language is German
- •Patients with imaging data necessary for analysis (preoperative MRI with T1-, T2 and DTI-sequences)
- •Patients need to be able to consent to study participation
排除标准
- •Preexisting neurological conditions influencing speech (except for Parkinson's disease).
- •Patients with dementia (< 19 Punkten in MMST).
- •Patients who did not receive all necessary imaging as part of their clinical care.
