Inclusion Criteria
1. Primipara mothers were between the ages of 18 and 35years
2. Primipara mothers who have delivered without any complication
3. New-born had birth weight is more than 2000g.
4. New-born were born at more than 32 weeks of gestational age
Exclusion Criteria
1. Primipara who had seeing or hearing problems
2. Primipara who were not ready to open for communication and cooperation
3. Those are critically ill.
4. The new born with congenital abnormalities
