Inclusion Criteria
- •Young Healthy sedentary overweight individuals\- (Individuals without any known illness with BMI between 23\.0 \-29\.9 kg/m2 who have not participated in a regular exercise program over the past three months)
- •Either gender
- •Age b/w 18\-40 years
- •WHO Global Physical activity questionnaire
- •category\- low physical active
- •BMI 23\- 29\.9 kg/m2
Exclusion Criteria
- •Any diagnosed cardiovascular, respiratory, neuromuscular and metabolic condition
- •Individuals on any prescribed medications
- •Individuals who smoke, or quit smoking within the previous six months
