THIS STUDY IS NONRANDOMIZED CONTROLLED TRAILTHIS STUDY AIMS TO INVESTIGATE THE EFFECT OF DYNAMIC NEUROMUSCULAR STABILIZATION EXERCISES ON CORE ENDURANCE AMONG COLLEGE STUDENTS WITH NONSPECIFIC LOW BACK PAIN
THE RESEARCH WILL BE CONDUCTED AMONG COLLEGE STUDENTS AGED 18 TO 25 YEARS AT YENEPOYA (DEEMED TO BE) UNIVERSITY THE EVALUATION WILL INCLUDE INCLUDE MCGILL ENDURANCE TEST FOR ASSESSING CORE MUSCLE ENDURANCE ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL ENGAGE IN DYNAMIC NEUROMUSCULAR STABILIZATION EXERCISES FOR 6 WEEKS

- •College students aged between 18 to 25 years College students with nonspecific low back pain.
排除标准
- •Any specific pathology of low back diagnosed by a physician.
- •Any recent surgery on the lower back Any neurological conditions.
