Willing for study and has given informed and written consent,undergoing vaginal hysterectomy,ASA grade II,body weight 40 to 70 kg,height more than 145cm.
Patient should not be a part of other study,non co operative patient,history of allergy and hypersensitivity to any drug of study,any deformity or local sepsis in spinal lumbar region,severe hypovolemia,any bleeding or coagulation abnormalities,patients receiving CNS depressants,any major co morbidity such as COPD,NEUROLOGICAL,CARDIOVASCULAR,METABOLIC,HEPATIC,RESPIRATORY OR RENAL DISEASE.

Name Time Method Mean time duration of first rescue analgesia,number of rescue analgesia during 24 hours post operative period,mean time for onset of sensory and motor block,mean time duration of sensory and motor block.mean of hemodynamic parameters at various intervals,proportion of cases with side effects.Timepoint: At 1,2,3,5,10,15,20,25,30,40,50,60 minutes
