Parameters that will be determined before and after surgery are Cmax, Tmax and AUC0-24 of metoprolol and its main active metabolite &#945;-OH metoprolol.<br><br /><br>The main endpoint is the ratio of AUCafter/AUCbefore of metoprolol and &#945;-OH metoprolol.<br />
