- •Employees of different hospitals and care facilities. Access to smartphone or PC/laptop. Sufficient knowledge of the German language and ability to comprehend and process assessment and instruction material.
排除标准
- •No affiliation to hospital or care facility. Insufficient knowledge of the German language and the study material; <18 years, no access to smartphone or PC/laptop. Pre-existing disease of the musculoskeletal system, affecting for example the spine or intervertebral discs, or diseases such as osteoporosis or arthrosis, for which deteriorations are expected through trial participation. The degree of any pre-existing disease can exclude participants from the trial
