Inclusion Criteria

Hemiplegic type of spastic cerebral palsy children with Gross Motor Function Classification System: level II â?? III and Manual ability classification system for children with cerebral palsy level less then IV.

Exclusion Criteria

other than spastic children with recent history of epilepsy and antispastic management with in 12 months
