入选标准
- •Patients with idiopathic varus or valgus malalignment according to the mechanical axis angle of the lower limb (Moreland et al., 1997\) and a clinical indication for a temporary correction surgery (guided growth with TBP).
排除标准
- •Signs of rheumatoid arthritis, anterior cruciate ligament deficiency, neuromuscular dysfunction, achondroplasia, dwarfism, flexion contractures in the knee or hip joint greater than 15 degrees, leg length discrepancy of more than 1 cm, avascular necrosis, history of major trauma or a sports injury of the lower extremity, knee surgery within the last 12 months, chronic joint infection, intraarticular corticosteroid injection, children younger than 6 years.
