Inclusion Criteria
- •Children aged 2\-7 years undergoing elective tonsillectomy
- •Parent(s) able to read and speak English
Exclusion Criteria
- •Children receiving antibiotics within 12 weeks
- •Major medical comorbidity (ASA 3 or greater)
- •Recent gastrointestinal infection
