Children aged 2-7 years undergoing elective tonsillectomy
Parent(s) able to read and speak English
Exclusion Criteria
Children receiving antibiotics within 12 weeks
Major medical comorbidity (ASA 3 or greater)
Recent gastrointestinal infection
