Inclusion Criteria
Aged over 18 years Understand written and verbal commands provided in English.Childbirth in the last 6 to 16 weeksAttended their 6 week GP or obstetrician maternal health check Meet the Covid 19 vaccination requirements of ACU and be willing to adhere to all public health orders regarding testing (if still required at the time of the intervention)
Exclusion Criteria
- currently pregnant- Uncontrolled pulmonary, metabolic, and/or orthopedic conditions that prohibit exercise training
