- •Patients who were suffering from knee osteoarthritis and were scheduled to undergo total knee arthroplasty
排除标准
- •- Preoperative renal dysfunction : 60mL/min/1.73m2
- •- Preoperative hepatic dysfunction : Child Class B or C
- •- Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus : HbA1C>7.5
- •- Patients who had Cushing syndrome
- •- Chronic opioid user
- •- History of open surgery on the same knee
