Inclusion Criteria

1. Patients who are fulfilling the Male Erectile Disorder DSMâ??V 302.72 (F52.21) Diagnostic Criteria.

2. Patients scoring less than 21 with International Index Of Erectile Dysfunction(IIEF-5) questionnaire (SHIM).

3. Patients with Serum testosterone level more than 250 ng/dL.

4. Patients should be given history of morning and nocturnal erections.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Patients with any history of trauma on penis and scrotum.

2. Patients with history of critical cardiovascular disease.

3. Patients with history of any endocrinological disorder like hypogonadism,

hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism etc.

4. Patients on medications (SSRIs, anti androgen,5-alpha-reductase inhibitor,

opioid analgesics).
