Inclusion Criteria
- •patients who schedule for CABG with CPB
- •LVEF </= 35%
Exclusion Criteria
- •emergency surgery
- •concomitant valve surgery or aortic surgery
- •preoperative renal failure (CrCl < 30 ml/min)
- •chronic liver disease
- •hypotension (MAP < 60 mmHg)
- •tachycardia (HR > 120 bpm)
- •prior history of torsade de pointe
