Inclusion Criteria
(a) having benign prostatic hyperplasia; (b) indication of prostatectomy.
Exclusion criteria: (a) prostate greater than 100 gr or lower than 40 gr; (b) history of previous prostatic or urethral surgery; (c) having bladder stone.
